OfficeMax — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

It was an okay experience. I went in for a specific item, and when I found "the perfect one" on the floor I was thrilled. I was less thrilled when they told me that it is not in stock and would have it delivered for free to my house. Okay, no biggie. I understand things like that happen. I offered to buy the floor display in order to save them the hassle and I was told they are not allowed to do that. When we were going to put in our order at the kiosk they now see that it is not available for delivery. After a little research by the manager the warehouse is no longer going to make this object and they gave me an option of buying the floor display now. I just feel like if the warehouse would have told this store that they will no longer make this display then it could have saved us all time and a little frustration. Dave in the printing service section should not be dealing with customers. Cane in at noon on May 3rd to get some art work prints made. Dave told me to do it on their self serve and I’ve always had issues printing on the self serve so that’s why I do them over the counter. He argues with me to do it self serve. I’ve never had an issue doing it this way till today. He kept telling me it’s cheaper to do it self serve and I said I don’t care I want it done this way I’ll pay the extra. My grandson and I had the worst experience when checking out on Sunday 9\3\23 I asked the guy at the register if he was open, he repsonded, well I wouldnt be standing here if i wasnt open, I responded I didnt know if you were working on something else, he responded I don't stand by a register if I am not working, he was not pleasant, then he yelled at us when we put our items on the counter saying don't stake them on like that, oh he was so rude.
