I am very disappointed. I went yesterday to get an instant cash offer on my car. They test drove the car and checked it for over 30-35 mins. They eventually came up to me with an offer that I found somewhat fair. I told them I will come back today to sell the car as I wasnât ready yesterday. I called them before I went there and I told them that I am coming in to accept the offer that they gave me yesterday. They told me they will be waiting for me. Just when I pulled into their parking lot they called me again and they changed the offer for absolutely no reason by 12%!! What kind of place gives an offer and just when you accept it they change it! They were trying to low ball me and I ended up not selling the car to them. Im sure if I look at other places I will get a better offer for it and if I sell it privately I would even get at least 20% more than what they offered me! This place is a joke that doesnât know how to do business. I do not recommend this place.
UPDATE: I just read your response. The car is a clean title and EVERYTHING that was damaged got replaced with brand NEW parts (nothing was mechanically damaged. It was all exterior work besides the airbags that deployed and got replaced.) The only thing that was left damaged on the car was the frame which needs to be adjusted a little and the bumper alignment that we talked about which you already took into account before giving me your initial offer. Veysel clearly stated to me that the initial price provided was a lot lower than average because you took all the damages into account (including the fact that it was a total loss on the carfax according to what Veysel said.) Everything besides that functions like new and the car has less than 17000 miles on it and has absolutely no issues neither mechanically, from the inside, and outside. So, everything is in a great shape! You started talking about how the airbags got deployed and that is why you lowered the price when you can clearly see based on your scanner and visually that these got completely replaced and functioning! So for you to bring in the argument and accusing me of fraud is very unprofessional and that is a very big claim to make! You took your sweet time to check everything on the car and gave me an offer. The fact that you clearly state that Im a scammer and a fraud when you actually provided me with an offer just says that you are trying to low ball me. If you really think I am a scammer you wouldnât have given me an offer in the first place! I wouldnât have said anything if you decided not to give me an offer at all from the first place because you have wasted a lot of my time. If you donât feel confident about the offer that you gave me initially then you donât know what you are doing because you have to be firm and confident before you tell a customer what you would want to buy the car for. You saying all this stuff is very pathetic and sad. Now everyone can see how the âOwnerâ of this place feels about the customers! Also, before you say that the price got reduced after the review with the buying team, Veysel from your team told me over the phone that the owner was the one who reduced the price and he made it clear to me that if I sold it yesterday I could have gotten that initial offer. Veysel told me clearly that the owner lowered the price due to the fact that the airbags got deployed when they all got replaced and they already saw those things when they made the initial offer. Also, you are the one who is lying because after I came in to take the initial offer, I was talking to one of your employees that I canât remember his name and I asked him why the price was reduced âI was not involved in this whole thing so I donât know why.â I insisted in asking why the price was reduced and I have not gotten an answer from your employee. But because you thought that I didnât get a good price from the other dealership gave you the illusion that the car might actually be worth less and got you hesitating and lowering the price. Now customers can really see who is...
Read moreThis is by far the worst dealership Iâve ever worked with. Got my car a few months back, in May of this year. Their used cars supposedly come with a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. I did get the vehicle quickly looked over by my mechanic before purchasing and they said it looked great from what they had checked out. The only problem I had seen before purchasing were some paint bubbles on the hood. The day of purchase, the dealership wrote up an âI owe youâ, saying they would fix the paint bubbles. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I noticed the brakes were screeching when I would brake, they worked great but just very noisy. I also noticed that the car didnât come with the key to take off the spare tire on the back of the car or the equipment to take off the doors and roof (itâs a Jeep). Called the dealership and they said bring it in so we can look over the brakes and weâll have the person who handles the paint come in as well for the hood. They also said they would order me that equipment so I could use the car to its full advantage, which wasnât a big deal but why not have them order that equipment for me? They kept it for the day and when I picked it up they said they didnât hear the noise with the brakes but they lubed them up anyway. They also mentioned that the paint bubbles were going to be more than a touch up, it needed to go to a body shop which they would call me and set up. After waiting for their call which I never received I noticed that when I put my drivers side visor down, it pops out of the hinge, making my visor dangle by a thread and the passengers side visor light was out. The brakes were still screeching even after the lube. Being a brand new car and still being in their warranty, I called and they said bring it by and weâll look at it. When I got there they did a quick look and said they would order the visor parts, I also mentioned how my brakes were still screeching at every stop sign and red light and how they never called me for the paint. One of their employees had said âJeep brakes must just be noisyâ, well okay then. What a great response. I just left that alone. They said when they get the visor parts theyâll call me to set up the appointment for the paint as well. A month goes by and never heard from them so I called and asked to speak with the supervisor of the service department, he was the one who answered the call so I told him I was wondering whatâs going on with the parts for my visor and the paint. He looked it up and says theyâll go ahead and order the visor parts and give me a call next week, which I thought they had done a month prior? I wasnât nasty, I simply thanked him and waited for his call. Another 2 weeks went by and never heard anything. I finally called and asked for a manager of the whole location and they transferred me over to the manager of the sales department. He sounded genuinely concerned and said he would get to the bottom of why they werenât helping me and give me a call later that day. Here goes another 2 weeks and I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone. The problems I had mentioned to this dealership werenât even big problems, simple fixes that they will not take care of. So what, now that I am out of their warranty, I have to pay for this out of pocket? I have to go and get new brakes for my new car as well as everything else they were supposed to do? Not to mention Iâm also paying every month for them to spray the underneath of my car and nobodyâs called me for that yet either which Iâve mentioned every time weâve talked as well. Multiple calls, multiple times Iâve went to the dealership and many tolls Iâve had to pay. Thanks certified auto brokers! What...
Read moreDO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR PERSONAL INFO. I really don't want to be taking the time to write this review but I feel obligated to warn other future car buyers. I tried to buy a car from them and worked with 1 salesperson and 3 managers during this experience so I can honestly say the issue is with the dealership as a whole not just 1 person. They willl happily tell you what you want to hear but can't actually deliver on those promises.
The car I chose had just arrived and needed touch ups before it was ready including popping out and repainting a dent, which they assured me would come right out. They had me make a $200 deposit to hold the car. For a week the salesperson was texting me updates about the repairs and kept assuring me it would be ready in a day or 2. Finally the big day came and he claimed it looked great and was ready for me. When I arrived at the dealership however the dent was still very present and unpainted. When I pointed this out (in addition to some weird tape marks that weren't there before and looked awful) he and the managers rushed it to the back to try to fix it while I sat there for over an hour. Finally a manager came out and admitted that they couldn't have it ready that night and admitted the detailer they used did not do quality work. I would have to come back yet again. He assured me several times that the dent guy would be in tomorrow and they would get to it right away. The next evening however the salesperson texted me that nothing had been done to the car yet again--its been about a week and a half since I said I would buy it at this point. I told them I was going to look at other vehicles and a manager called me to say that the expectation that something would have been done that day was unreasonable...but again he's the one who promised that it would be severeral times.
When I finally find a car to buy from another dealership, my insurance company State Farm tells me that Certified Autobrokers had gone ahead and switched my insurance to the car I didn't take earlier in the week... meaning that for FIVE DAYS I was driving around in my own vehicle uninsured. Can you imagine what would have happened if I had been involved in an accident?! They never bothered to tell me they had done this or taken the time to switch it back when I told them I wasn't taking the car.
At that point State Farm had called them about their error and must have shared that I wasn't buying their vehicle because they posted it back online ASAP... except they didn't bother to refund the $200 deposit I had made to hold that vehicle or reach out to me at all. I had to call repeatedly and speak to 3 different people to get my money refunded, 1 even tried to say I had only paid $100.
Long story short, everyone who works here gives long speeches about how they're all about customer satisfaction but make no effort to deliver on that promise or do what's right once you've agreed to give them money. Just go...
