I am so done with Tim hortons , so I ordered yet again medium Oreo ice cap with extra whipped toppings ( in which they charge extra for ). Get up to the window to pay and the lady opens the window and asked me if I wanted whipped toppings and I said “ well of course I do and extra since I paid for it” then she says “ i know” well if you know why the hell are you asking me . And then I get the drink and there is literally a drop of it ( will have picture below ). Tim hortons what are you doing charging this 50 cents after to rip the customer off. 50 cents may not be a lot to you but if I go to Tim hortons everyday and the same location that is 3.50 cents a week , so this is the last straw , and this is not my first complaint and do you think Tim hortons even had the balls to reach out to me and make this right(nope not once) so I hope this gets the word out because I work to hard for my money to throw it out the window , and to top it off I almost forgot I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and I go and bite into it and it’s not even close to a plain bagel it’s a breakfast sandwich , so this was a total of 8 dollars wasted on...
Read moreAfter waiting in the drive thru for over 20 min. Our order was incorrectly made. The bagel sandwiches ordered were remade, the remade sandwiches were again made incorrectly. Parked the car and went in to ask that our sandwiches be made again as ordered. One was made correct, the other sandwich which should have been exactly the same was not made as ordered. My order was for two bagels, double toasted with butter, steak and cheddar cheese. Out of the 6 bagel sandwiches made in the course of the 40 min only one was made as ordered. That was the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had. I work in the food industry and would be so embarrassed if any of my customer had to experience such horrible service. The cost of Operations would put me out of business. I know it’s difficult to find good staff but all that was required was for the person making the sandwich was to read the order and do it correctly.

Read moreWorst experience of my life! Getting my Oder the guy employee was super rude. I ordered a Tea and Timbits. Upon tasting my tea in the drive thru it was colder then lukewarm. I also was shorted 2 timbits but upon good faith I only asked if he could possibly warm up the tea since it’s freezing. He told me well you got 4 shots of milk & this is my usual order I know it was not warmed. So I’m good faith again I said it’s okay I will just warm it up.
