Leaf, Stone and Steel — Local services in Town of Grand Island

I went to the grand opening of Leaf Stone & Steel with my Mom and everything about this place exceeded our expectations!! I was really excited to hear of Grand Island getting a store like this one.

I was really impressed with the layout of the store, and the main open room full of plants is breathtaking. There are so many different options to choose from, and all the different types of plants have care cards that are easy to read and tell you directly how to take care of the plant. Among the plants, they have little trinkets, handmade plant pots, gorgeous handmade wooden/metal furniture and art. The craftsmanship and creativity going into all of this is one of a kind.

They have another room full of handmade items, plant care, candles, a variety of minerals & rocks, handmade pots... you'll get lost in here, and you won't want to leave. The best part, the family that owns this store are SO helpful and kind. As we walked around, Carmen and Sarah answered all of our questions in detail about caring for plants and the different types of furniture & decor they had for sale. You could tell that they were really excited to help people, and you could clearly see the passion they have for their business.

We will certainly be going back to this store!! I'm hoping in the future they offer repotting services for people with plants who aren't experts in caring for them. They seemed genuinely excited at the possibility :) Best store I've been to in...

The layout and design of this shop is incredible. Very chic, clean and full of so many unique wonderful items from local artists. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. There is a wide selection of house plant. I am obsessed with the plants I purchased!! The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful with instructions for caring for the plants. Great stop to shop for cute different gift items. Plan on giving yourself time to look at all the merchandise they have to offer. I will definitely be back and highly recommend checking it...

Sarah and her daughter are absolutely fantastic! Brought my monstera Swiss in because it was dying, I kind of figured it was due to the fact that I didn't have drainage and she confirmed that. Not only did she help me replant it, She also sold me on a small fern and air plant to fill the pot that the monstera was in.
