Absolutely Appalling Experience ā Avoid This KFC at All Costs
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I just had the absolute worst experience at the drive-through, and it was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. I placed an order for two Number Seven meals with mashed potatoes, fries, and Mountain Dew (no ice). The order taker acknowledged my order and told me to drive up to the next window. I said thank you and waited patiently.
It took about 5 to 10 minutes just to get to the payment window, despite there being very few cars. When I finally got my food, I was only given one order. I politely let the woman at the window know that I had ordered two meals, not one. She looked at me as if I were speaking another language completely confused. Then, instead of addressing me directly, another employee came up, ignored me entirely, and asked the first woman what the issue was.
After being told I had ordered two meals, this second employee handed me a second drink, closed the window, then came back to demand to see my receipt. I gave it to her. She then told me I had only paid for one meal.
At this point, I calmly said, Thatās fine, I want two meals, and handed her my card to pay for the second one. After she charged me again, she asked me to pull up and said she would bring the order out.
I waited in front of the store for an additional 10 minutes. During that time, every single car that came through the drive-through after me received their food and left. I was still sitting there waiting for food I had already paid for.
Eventually, my passenger went inside to see what was going on, only to be told that they were refusing to bring the food out until we provided a receiptāagain. Mind you, they had just seen it in the drive-through and charged me for the second meal themselves. This back-and-forth was not only frustrating but also downright disrespectful. The staff acted like we were in the wrong, even though their failure to communicate, document, and follow through was the entire problem.
The total time it took to receive two simple chicken meals? Over 30 minutes.
There is zero professionalism, no communication, horrible customer service, and a clear lack of training or leadership at this location. What could have been resolved with a quick apology and timely service turned into a headache that completely ruined my evening.
Itās honestly embarrassing for a business to operate this way. I live nearby, and itās sad that such a convenient location is run so poorly. After this experience and after reading other similar reviews, itās clear that this is not an isolated incident; itās a pattern.
I will never return to this KFC and strongly urge others to stay away until management does a serious overhaul of the staff and trains them on basic customer service, communication, and active listening...

I then placed my much larger order to take home. At home I found my potato bowl to be pretty lousy. Chicken bits overloaded with breading making it hard to tell if any chicken was even there.
