Drip Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Town of Greece

For my 1st time here I'm very disappointed. The employees are not trained properly on how to make the items on the menu. The cashier showed us a picture of the explosion sundae. And they looked absolutely great. So we git those. They had a boy stop washing dishes and had him make our order and he looked so confused. The cashier was making some other guys order and he got the same thing. She looked like she knew hiw to make it. Long story short. Our explosion sundae looked like a joke. Had a dab of ice cream and the entire cup filled with toppings. Probably won't be back untill experience and training is done at this...

Terrible experience. We ordered soft serve which we were then told wasn’t available. Also ordered cheesecake chunks (came with strawberry shortcake sundae) which they were out of stock..so ended up with a small scoop regular hard vanilla that tasted so freezer burnt and only had a drizzle or strawberry and the rest were the nachos in the container. So gross, we threw it out and left and also waited forever for it to be made even though we were the only ones in the store. It was also a week day and earlier in the day so not sure why you’re out of so many items and not keeping up with inventory..will never go back...

Not sure what they have against straight ice cream?? (These were separate occasions, about a week or two apart)

EDIT: (in response to your AI comment about not having a flavor): This is not about a flavor 😂. It’s about not wanting my ice cream to fall over every time. Plus, my order was messed up and it took 20 mins even though there was only 1 person in there besides me. Which I didn’t even mention but I just want my ice cream to be straight and not toppling over....
