My husband left a review but I wanted to add the woman's perspective. I cannot speak more highly of Eduardo or the process of getting our wedding rings made!

When we got engaged, my husband surprised me with a gorgeous CUSTOM engagement ring he designed with Eduardo!! I can't tell you how absolutely gorgeous my ring is and how special it is to me, more so because he designed it personally, so there is none other like it anywhere. My husband isn't artistic, but he was able to look through models, choose one he liked, and make tweaks and adjustments until he knew I'd love it. The diamonds are high quality and shine brilliantly! The designs on the bands are flawless. This is not a mall, chain store where you're going to see much of the same old ordinary thing, you will see on everybody. But if you want the trendy stuff, he has that too. We also bought my husband's band. Plenty of styles to choose from, he got something unique and very "him".

My husband's ring size guess was a little off so we had to get some slight sizing done. It was smooth and easy, I dropped it off and got it back in an hour. Eduardo suggested a specific (and easy) type of modification that was better than stressing the ring through resizing. It fit perfectly. Great service!

I was so impressed with the ring customization program he has in his store! You can literally make ANYTHING you want! We decided I would get to design my wedding band. I got to make it exactly what I wanted, adding a little more bling to the band, but still perfectly matching and complimenting the engagement ring. It was such a fun part of the wedding process, sitting together in front of the computer with my (then, future) husband figuring out what we wanted, all smiles. I just really enjoyed the whole process. It went smoothly, and the ring was ready ahead of schedule!

I have to comment on Eduardo also. It is obvious how much pride he takes in his work, store, and especially in his trade. You will see he has a workshop in the store where he creates beautiful works of jewelry art and has the tools to repair and replace whatever might come up, truly an expert. You are not nickeled and dimed for every service, because perfection and your satisfaction is a big part of his overall goal. Very professional and organized. Not only all that, but he's a pretty cool guy. We ended up spending a lot of time there, and he's just a great person to talk with.

I am currently 8 months pregnant, one day I put my ring on and it just wouldn't come off that night. Waited a day, ring wouldn't move and my finger was swollen. It was so frustrating. We tried everything and I was devastated because it was obvious we'd have to cut it off and soon because it was causing my finger to swell more. Called Eduardo and he told us he'd be ready asap for us. We were there in an hour and he started to work immediately. He had to cut it off, but he assures me, he'll repair it and I'll never know the difference!! I am confident that it'll be just as perfect when I get it back, maybe just a size bigger ;)

I’m pleased to have the opportunity to write this review and share my good fortune to locate Eduardo’s jewelry store. Having returned to the White Plains area only a few years ago after living in New Jersey for a number of years, I happened to come across this shop in a shopping mall on Tarrytown Road. For many years I had been trying to find a jeweler who would be able to repair my Columbia College ring which had a crown design embedded in gold onto the stone of that ring. Through the years most of the gold embedded in the stone came loose and crown design was no longer apparent, leaving the center stone seriously damaged. Because I had been wearing the ring daily for dozens of years and it was so meaningful to me, I made it a practice to stop by every jeweler I came across in my travels to find one who could repair the ring, only to be told that they were not able to repair it. That was until I came upon Eduardo. Eduardo does not operate a typical jewelry store. He is an artist who creates and sells a wide selection of his own creations along with other jewelry. And even more than that Eduardo proved to be expert at jewelry repair and was the first jeweler willing to attempt to repair my college ring. In fact, he managed to repair the ring beautifully. However, several months later the imbedded gold in the crown design fell out of the center stone. Apparently the original stone had been been damaged too badly to support the gold filling. I brought the ring back to Eduardo and, to my surprise and delight, he made further extraordinary effort to have the ring restored. He did the research required to locate the company that made that ring in1962, discovered that another company had taken over the original company, and made all the arrangents to have the ring restored at a nominal price. My college ring was returned to me yesterday, looking as good as new, and with a service guarantee! Need I say more? Eduardo was amazing through the entire process. I had my great-grandmother’s ring from the 30’s that my fiancé and I wanted to use as my engagement ring, and it needed to be resized or reset. Eduardo was honest and up front with us about each of our options, and encouraged us to take time to think about what route we wanted to go without making us feel pressured to commit too soon. We decided to put the diamonds into a new setting that was sturdier and more secure than the original one. He sat with us to ensure we were happy with what the plan was, and took every comment seriously to make it exactly what we wanted. As for the diamond itself, it was having some issues with the testing so Eduardo suggested getting it GIA certified, which we did. He hand delivers and picks up the diamonds to the GIA facility in the city to ensure there is no risk of loss to the diamond. We got our rating quickly and it was a seamless process, and now we have an official grading for the diamond and it was laser engraved so there is proof it is ours. The engagement ring was so beautiful and we were so happy with him that we decided to go back to him for our wedding bands. My fiancé wanted a more simple band, as he isn’t a big jewelry guy. Eduardo asked about his lifestyle and job, and suggested a ring that would be safe for his work and would be durable to last but able to be cut if it needed resizing or if something happened to the ring. For my band, I wanted something that went with the engagement ring, so we did a custom band. Eduardo was so attentive to what I wanted, and was able to make a kind of unique vision work wonderfully.
