I ordered a dozen donuts with no nuts due to an allergy and requested to replace a donut that had nuts. The woman I was ordering from was extremely grumpy and acted as if she could not care less about her job. When I was waiting for my donuts, I realized the worker got my order completely wrong. He put peanuts on a donut that I had replaced and very sloppily put it in the box. There were peanuts all over the box and I very nicely asked the worker to replace the donut order to which he responded with “I’ll just replace the box”. Not only was this putting myself at risk of having an allergic reaction, but the worker also acted as if it was my fault that he got the order wrong. When I got home I had my other family members try the donuts due to the fact that they were all near peanuts. They said that the donuts were soggy and that they could not pick one up without it completely falling apart. On the day before Mother's Day, I walked in thinking, I'm lucky it's 1/2 hour until closing. Good timing, I heard it had been busy earlier. I was greeted by a staff member and proceeded to the back to place my order, where I was greeted again. I noticed it was very clean. This is a high traffic location normally, without a holiday the next day. I ordered the Breakfast box (2). Everything was freshly made while I waited. You must wait. It is not a mass produced donut store where you can order and go quickly. Even if you call ahead, understand these are FRESHLY MADE donuts. Technically, you are in line with those ordering in the store, except you may have called or ordered through the app (which is easy). I have been to two locations and am impressed with the service and quality. By the time I arrived to gift the boxes, the donuts were still fresh and warm. That's the best part... Fresh and warm. I have gifted Duck Donuts and have not received a disappointed look, comment, or expression. The only disappointment is there are no locations within 20...

Made to order in house fresh donuts in every conceivable combination you could imagine. They do it all. Want a bacon-eggin-cheese between two donuts? They do that too.

It's a great place to bring the kids because there is a transparent plastic barrier where you can watch the efficient assembly line work as a team to whip up a made to order batch.

Additionally, we got excellent customer service! We got there just as they had closed and they parted with their last 6 donuts for my 7 and 3 year old so they didn't leave disappointed. You can always tell when an owner cares about the customer and wants them to return to their business. They wanted us to be satisfied and we will definitely be back again.

If I needed to cater or bring a big batch of donuts, I would take this place over Dunkin any day!...
