Customer service horrible…. I ordered 12 everything bagels bought them home and some to work wow!!!! The maker added so much salt you could feel the crystals cracking when you chew so I called to let them know how overwhelming the salt was and I couldn’t eat them so I bought them back and the lady behind the register started to argue with me and tell me it’s normal to add tons of salt. Well I beg to differ I’ve been eating everything bagels now for almost 20 years and never had any with that much salt. I got my money back for the bagels that I had left . So this morning I said I’ll try a bagel again from this place and see if the everything bagel tastes normal now , absolutely not the same recipe used !!!!! Salt salt salt please people if you don’t have hi blood pressure then you absolutely will after an everything bagel from this place. Hospitality still horrible same woman same great taste salt!!!! Buyer beware oh and tons of flies flying around on the open buffet bars eating for free. These flies evidently have lived here for a while because they are the size of birds also the sausage egg and cheese on a roll is 7.49 + tax 8.00 for one breakfast sandwich Lol can you say...

Absolutely NASTY! Went in today at 3pm. There was one employee cleaning up the buffet area. Moved around about a dozen trays before coming to take my order. I asked for a cinnamon raisen bagel with cream cheese. With the SAME DIRTY GLOVES THAT SHE HAD ON WHILE CLEANING, she grabbed my bagel. I immediately said nevermind and pointed out that she was using dirty gloves. No apology, no nothing. Just walked back to the buffet area like it was no big deal. Whoever was working here at 3pm today should not be working in...

A 3.9 star rate is an overstatement. So, I visited this place a few times before giving this review...you give businesses a chance. However, there is not saving from a 3 star rating for this place. Unfriendly environment, no greetings, no thank you....overpriced for standard common flavors. An Omelette platter does NOT include the home fries and the toasted bread as in every deli in the continental US, but the price is the same: 2 eggs with limited choice of veggies at $6.99 is over priced. ...
