Crossroads Shopping Center — Local services in Town of Greenburgh

Have lived in Greenburgh New York for over 10 years have been driving for over 5 and I have never felt so hopeless as I’ve never had a problem with this Shopping center. Driving entitled the Crossroads Shopping Center at 5:45 pm my car went into a pot hole (getting back in my vehicle I let the officer know my tire pressure noticfication light) had came on , a police officer was on sight and directed me too the Acadia store front, as the property is private property I attempted to reach out to the Acadia Realty Group several times initially and after arriving to Mavis Discount tire in wich I was alerted that my tires were completely flat. Prior to me rushing to Mavis Sargeant left a message for the shopping centers security to put a cone in the place of the pot hole as I suggested .I have been calling Acadia Realty company since 5:50 pm yesterday leaving voicemails and sending pictures of the damage. I am missing work and have 2 flat tires , and there is still no cone put into place of the huge pothole. I am sitting duck with things to do. & was just responded back too to contact my insurance company by the property manager. Unhappy and kissing hope for humanity day by day thankful I wasn’t hurt. In a society where you can literally get hurt on somebody’s property where your going to spend your money, to only spend more money to fix damages I wasn’t responsible for in the first place. I generally enjoy shopping at this center, but the maintenance team is severely lacking in professionalism and consideration for visitors. Today, during lunchtime, workers were using a leaf blower to clear cement dust, which covered parked cars, entered stores, and made it difficult to breathe. While at Chipotle, the dust was blown under the door and into the restaurant, affecting not only the customers but also my daughter and I.

When we stepped outside, we could see all the dust in the air, making it uncomfortable and even hazardous to breathe. I had to wash my face before heading back to work. When I approached the workers about the issue, they laughed in my face and refused to identify the company they work for. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable.

There is absolutely no reason for this type of work to be done in a high-traffic area during peak lunch hours. Management needs to address this issue and ensure proper maintenance practices that prioritize the safety and comfort...

Can fine great deals when item/s are or is on a good sale or clearance in certain stores like Kmart, DSW, and some others. There have been couple or so stores I have not been in, so I can't comment on those. But the Value Drug store is good for getting a variety of items (depends on price) or more so snacks and drinks. Haven't gotten any prescriptions there, so don't know about the pharmacists in that part of the store. But I presume they are really good. Kind of like being in a CVS, Rite Aid or any...
