Ann and Alicia (the old ones) are some of the most rude managers I’ve ever come across. I’m always polite when I go in there. Always. I’m very well mannered and have never given anyone a reason to be rude to me. They are always in a sour mood and I’ve noticed they are always talking negatively about their employees. That’s just not right and very inappropriate to do In front of customers as if we’re not in the store. Every time I’ve gone in there they are talking drama. They will no longer have my business. Read moreI just ran in for some hand soap, got up to register the girl picked up the soap looked at it and looked at me and rolled her eyes, then threw it in the bag and didnt say one word, didn't give me a total, so I had to look myself. Then she placed my receipt and change on the counter, even though my hand was waiting for her. And I had to move the bag turner to get my one bag. So I asked her "bad day?" She replied "no, not really" I said "ok just ignorant?" and she replied "your ignorant". I found a thermometer for 50% off which he questioned me over and over and over, stating it was not 50%. I told him where I got it, BUT UNTIL I SHOWED HIM THE COUNTER, WHERE THE SIGN WAS, he had a tone.I was told that was last week's sale, BUT DID I WANT IT.
