Maybe the best experience at any Autozone. One team member read the code my truck was spewing, gave me a print out, and some ideas of where to get the part I might need.

Then as I asked a few questions, he turned me over to Shannon Wolfe. Shannon offered to show me where the part on question was located. As he traced a few vacuum lines, he said, I think I found the issue. He discovered a line completely loose and explained how to get it back on.

I was 1k mikes from home, after already turning 4k on the truck and bike combined, towing two bikes on the hottest day of the year. He felt like a savior to this weary traveler.

I'll remember his kindness, expertise, and willingness to put a sweat equity into his customer service.

We have a code reader at camp, so the code cleared, well see if it holds.

I hope someone at corporate sees this and does something nice for him and his flat topped, former truck driver...

I could not be happier with the service I received. My transmission had been sputtering and I was afraid I'd need a costly repair. A friend said it sounded more like I was low on transmission fluid. I took it to AutoZone and the gentleman could not have been more helpful. I had no idea what I needed or how to check it and my disability prevents me from standing for more than a few moments to even try and figure it out. He came out, checked my car's info, got me the right fluid and even put it in for me. Turns out I was completely out of transmission fluid and needed two quarts. This review is for John! I'm on a road trip cross country and thousands of miles away from home. My horn stopped working on my car and I didn't feel safe driving. I called a bunch of places in the area no one was able to help me to get a diagnosis or to be able to get the car back on the road in a timely manner. So I called AutoZone and asked if they carried air horns so at least I could signal somehow for people to know I was there without a working car horn.
