Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

It doesnt matter what you say here, because places like these continue to be in business no matter how rude or unprofessional the staff is.

I had to politely repeat my order 3 times loud and clear on the speaker. Ordered the 2 for 6 breakfast sandwich, and was told at the window, after the fact, I cant have the deal. Fine cancel that order, even though this place has honored that deal for months. I come every single day around the same times. I prob spend $200 to $300 a month at this location. No lie. I order literally the same thing everyday.

Anyways, they still proceed to get my coffee instructions wrong at the window, after I have repeated myself several times. Had it out with a not so lovely unprofessional lady named Carrie where she insisted on starting w/ an attitude and a chip on her shoulder that escalated to not so nice little argument.

She could have been professional and honored the deal this time and next time I would know. There are no signs or stipulations that I can see or have ever been told the deal is before 11am. Literally a first. If they communicated this over the speaker, not at the window after the fact, i would have prob paid the full price and everything would have been cool. Im not worried about an extra $3 lol.

There is like a dozen tim hortons, a dunkin donuts, mcdonalds, and a spot coffee within a 2 mile radius lol. But you guys will do fine, you are by the thruway. They arent repeat customers, so you can continue to hire rude employees and...

One of the new I guess what you would say micro locations. Maybe 1/4 of your tradational display case and 2 - 2 top tables. Mainly focused on the drive thru and only 6-8 parking spots that are hard to get in and out of due to poor layout and signage.

Like other Tim's, food quality is mid to poor and over priced. Only reason for the stop was it was the closest spot to get something before a game. On a bagel with cream cheese I got maybe 3-4 tablespoons of cream cheese. When u opened the bagel you saw more bagel then cream cheese.

In general I have made it know to people that I don't want gift cards to Timmy's and once the ones I have left run out the chain as a whole won't be getting my families business any longer. Ever since the chain was sold off quality has suffered, prices have risen, and staff numbers and quality have gone down. Such a shame as it used be a good chain with good food, reasonable prices, and...

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel like people in my shoes deserve to know.

This is the second time I'm reviewing a Tim's here because the employees have been really rude to us. We actually started going to this one because the employees at the one closest to home are just horrible to talk to. There's an older gal that takes orders in the drive thru. She's shorter with short gray hair and a dreadful attitude. It seems to be a theme that Tim's employees are okay with cutting you off, huffing at you, and talking over you. It's not a good look if nothing else.

I gave a 3 star because they didn't mess up our order this time AND the gentleman who handed out our food was an absolute gem of a human. Smiled and spoke kindly to us and just helped a lot. I have no idea how he works with the gal running the drive but he deserves better.
