Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

Just went here and placed a simple order of a single stacker meal, medium, with a root beer and an order of 10 piece nuggets. I had asked for Buffalo sauce instead of zesty for the onion rings & BBQ sauce for the nuggets. We had to repeat the order 3 different times because the order taker was not listening and was too busy asking if that was all instead of actually listening to what was ordered. Got the food which was handed to us in a brown paper bag that was soaking wet on the bottom, and went to leave only to realize I was given one measly BBQ sauce (for a 10 piece nugget), and a Zesty sauce. Was not happy that I had reiterated several times when ordering that I wanted buffalo sauce, and didn't receive it so I went back inside and asked for the sauce that I had already ordered. Once I was inside a young man was at the counter and argued with me about how he put 3 buffalo sauces in the bag. Now if there was buffalo sauce in the bag do you think I would be going back inside asking for buffalo sauce I didn't receive? Obviously not. Every time I go here (which isn't often) I'm reminded why I don't come here. The employees are TERRIBLE at customer service and everytime I come here, I'm unfortunately reminded of that. I ordered on the mobile app which told me that the camp road BK was open till 12am. So I placed my order and got off the highway and went to pickup my order. I pulled up to the drive threw and the guy at the tells me right way that they are closed and that they closed at 10pm. I said to he well I placed an o line order and it says u are open till 12am. He said no sorry but be closed at 10pm tonight. I said well what about my money I paid with a credit card. He said hold on let me get my manager. So the manager said sorry but u will have to come back tomorrow and we will give u a refund. I told him no I want my money back now I'm not from around here. He gave me back my money in cash. I then went online to see what Yelp, Google and there website says about what time they close. Everyone that I pulled up stated that they didn't close till 12am. I then had to drive 10 mins down the road in the opposite direction that I was headed to go to another BK that wanted to server me and was happy to take my money. It's sad that people dont want to do there jobs!!! I will NEVER go to this BK...

I ordered the new ghost pepper Whopper and received a very poor representation of that product. Especially compared to the pictures. They put it on the wrong bun. It looks like somebody sat on it. It was barely any sauce and jalapeno chips. I took it back and the nice girl at the register apologized and brought it back to the Cook who had an attitude and said what would he like me to do. He acted as if I should just accept the product the way it was. Obviously I heard him and spoke loudly enough to say that the bun was wrong, which prompted him to realize he messed that up and made me a new one. The replacement was better but somewhat underwhelming. I feel the burger itself would be okay, but I would have to get it from a different store to even consider...
