Update. We contacted them with another issue with that same tractor. They went above and beyond and took care of it fast and courteous. It wasn't something they did it. The place that they ordered the part from had sent wrong part but they looked the same but were labeled wrong. Only after trying to start the engine did we figure it out Now it was resolved. So I'm glad to say they came through. We appreciate it. Took older tractor engine here, but sadly lost plugs and another piece that are hard to find due to older tractor. Tried ordering more online too a few weeks looking couldn't find any called bk to check if they might have found the ones I had brought with engine to repair. Just found out they just threw them out. Man couldn't you have at least called me. No good...

Great Experience, knowledgeable machine shop. They did My Harley heads and cylinders. And yes they do use torque plates when boring/honing your Harley cylinders. Rob the own seems to always know exactly what’s going on with your stuff if you call. I got my stuff back and accidentally broke a bolt off In my head and this machine shop took care of that for me too. This shop had excellent customer service which is pretty rare now...

I don't know what has changed here since covid but DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place has had my parts going on 6 weeks now and still nothing but excuses... I am a Mechanic and I know if I had someone's car for 6 weeks they would flip so why would bike be any different....YOU BEEN WARNED....WHAT A JOKE.....-5...
