Harbor Freight — Local services in Town of Hamburg

Was in store and not even acknowledged by anyone. Walked around aimlessly unsure where anything was and not once did an associate ask if I needed help finding anything. When I asked a question it seemed to bother the sales associate I was asking. When I asked a different associate who was doing nothing they just pointed in a direction and said "by the other" rather than showing me where. When I cashed out the lady seemed to be annoyed at having to be working and was trying to rush me. I have a skin conditions which cause it to hurt when I grab things a certain way. But she expected me to just put it all out infront of her which was about 3ft away from where I was allowed to stand. Because others were waiting in line I believe was the problem. Maybe a sales and customer service seminar or workshop would better the way the employees are treating customers. It seems they don't like the position they have. I understand being over worked trust me. But you represent a 1billion plus company when when you slip that shirt on. So leave your issues home. Put aside your feelings towards whatever is up that saddle and smile, greet the customer, and fake it til ya make it. Generosity is free, you spend time being unhappy.

Add on: Heaven forbid if you don't have your coupons right away...was told to just come back with it. It's ok for another employee to jump on an empty register rather than hiding with a cigarette out back to help for a few customers to take the load off one register with 7 people in line...ain't it?

Harbor freight, what more is there to say, great tools, great prices, great value. I purchased a universal bearing press kit. It is driven by a 1/2" impact. The press is truly universal, it works flawlessly, and is durable. This set will press bearings, bushings, and ball joints, on nearly all cars and light trucks. The price was $229 dollars, to have the bushing pressed on my Element would have cost $300. So, I saved money on the repair and added a great tool to my shop! The staff work very hard to provide an excellent customer experience every time. There was a time that Harbor Freight had a reputation for cheap, cheap, tools. Those days have been erased by the great value provided today through the vast selection of tools offered at affordable prices. Value! Highly Recommend, even for the pros. I can't say enough about harbor freight tools. Great resource for DIY'S. I've had so few minor issues with them in 15 years that I can't even remember them anymore. My 17yo $89 pancake compressor is still going strong. Inside track club pays for itself if you shop more then just a few times a year and it's a great way to get deep discounts on tools you might not need just yet. Just bought a great 6gal compressor for camp (light as a feather), which I had to exchange do to shipping damage. Received easy and awesome return service from their great crew! My future wish is that coupons, someday, are able to be used with no brand/item exceptions. I do love a great sale, after all. Lol. Keep up the great work...
