Read more3rd visit: I placed an order at 8am for a 3:10-3:40 time slot for pick up. When I arrived at 3:35, I still had a 20 min wait. Granted, it was a day where there was a promotion, but I was told that we don't get put into the que until we click "I'm here" on the app. If that's the case, then what's the point of the time slot for pickup? Also, when the employee showed me the cookies asking if they looked good, they did. But then she closed the box with the side so far inward that it literally chopped off the side of one of my beautiful cookies! Which I didn't realize until I got home. So, again, amazing cookies, not so good service.
2nd visit: Again, sold out. At 3 in the afternoon, so it's not like it was the end of the night. This is a 100% strike out rate at this point. Inventory definitely needs to improve.
I visited for my 1st time yesterday. I downloaded the app and ordered a 4 pack and paid for it online for pickup. Upon pick up, I was told that the lemon cookie was sold out. I had to substitute a second one of a flavor I already had. This was very disappointing and I wasn't offered any compensation. If I'm ordering on the app, I expect the inventory to be up to date. Although the cookies themselves are amazing, the cost is very high, so if I cannot get what I ordered upon pickup, good customer satisfaction would have been to offer something for my trouble. I Placed an order. Notified through the app that I was “here”- never received notice it was ready- finally went inside and found that no one acknowledged my arrival, told me they were sold out of the cake, and I said, I already placed my order… what’s in that box on your counter? (my cookie) the customer service is horrible!
The person behind the counter then opened the box and flipped it over and the cake smashed all over the top of the box-
Train your employees better! Do better. Be better and stop adding an expensive tip - to the orders on the app- it’s crappy customer service- give people the option to choose IF they want to tip, and how much- don’t automatically add it, and force people to have to change the tip amount- too cumbersome.
