Not sure if this will really go anywhere.... But I went into the store today looking for assistance, but there was hardly anyone around to help. When I finally did find someone, they didnāt seem to know what I was talking about, so I ended up having to locate the item on my own, which took quite a bit of time. What really upset me, though, was the checkout experience. After waiting in a very long line, I was told that the store does not accept TAP (Google pay/Apple Pay) payments. That would have been fineāexcept there were no signs indicating this, and most stores in the areaĀ doĀ accept TAP. I went to my car to grab my regular card, but when I came back, I was told I had to wait in the long lineĀ all over again. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had already waited once and the inconvenience was due to the storeās lack of communication. To make matters worse, the managerāwho was standing right at the registersāwas the one who told me to go to the back of the line, and she was extremely rude about it, just pretty much shoved my items in my hands and told me I had to go wait in line again. Itās clear that customer service is not a priority here. I wonāt be returning to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThat was my first time that I have ever went in hobby lobby. It was beautiful in there and so much to see. I went by myself cuz I was looking for a certain ornaments for my Christmas tree. I walked in their front supervisor called a code and I looked at her and she looked at me. While I was walking around I was seeing a woman following me around. Everywhere I went she was there. Pretending to buy stuff. I went through a couple areas I was amazed of the quality and quantity of items they had. I even called my daughter to tell her what she was looking for they had it there so I bought it for her. But feeling and uncomfortable feeling maybe really upset. My nationality Hispanic, I have a 4-year degree I am a human resource director. And I'm not a stupid person. I have plenty of money on me cash and plenty of money on my card. This person followed me all the way up to check out and then she disappeared in the store. That's how my visit was to hobby lobby. I definitely will go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely love this place! This mom and pop store has everything you can imagine that your hobby would need. It basically includes every arts and crafts you can think of to your Hot Wheels, old trains, figurines, any sports memorabilia, to a wide selection of sports cards and collectibles. Prices are very reasonable and if you're looking to sell some cards they buy them too. I told my son if he wanted something from the store he needed to save up his loans and earn it. So that's what he did, sold a couple cards bought his own packs and pulled a rated rookie Josh Allen in mint condition. Kids got some talent and luck LOL. The owner was very respectable and didn't shy away from any bartering that took place from my son (he is relentless until he gets what he wants lol)! Bottom line is I strongly recommend this please it is not really huge but it's...
