JCPenney — Local services in Town of Hamburg

Today I went shopping for jewelry. There was some sort of a reserve sale which I'm not sure what that means. I guess it's where you buy something on a card and you come back and get it 6 days later when the sale starts. However, I am disabled and had trouble comprehending this while in the store. Kat, the woman working the counter, proceeded to show me jewelry, including the great clearance. I found a nice crucifix that I was ready to purchase and unfortunately at the end it did not work out. Have you haven't been to JCPenney's lately you need to be there ASAP! The McKinley Mall one I love no Upstairs Downstairs there's someone always there to help you there sales are amazing some that you never see online! Everyone loves the Galleria Mall but if you want customer service right there for you and I had to wait in long lines the McKinley Mall is the way to go where there is always someone to help you so it's like you get your own personal chauffeur or stylist! speaking of stylist they also have a salon there too. Always takes for ever to check out because only one person is working the registers. Very OVER PRICE to buy one item.What kind of sale is this ,buy two of the same items and get 50 % off second item.I do not want to buy two of the same item,so your stuck paying extortion for one item.They never did this before.Their taking full advantage of the consumer because Penny's has no competition in the McKinley Mall because of stores leaving and the mall being on life support ..I Cancelled my Penny's Charge Card!!!
