Instead of standing behind the register laughing when a customer drops something outta their hands after checking out an order in excess of $300 in this store like she did, maybe she should take the initiative & try to help the woman struggling to carry all her bags outta the store!! She was by far the rudest, most childish, disgraceful excuse for ANY sort of example of what "IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE" is identified as!!! Even another cashier standing next to her told her to stop laughing at the woman struggling with her bags & items to get off the line after she checked out, I mean that says something alone, when another employee you work with has to tell you to stop laughing at a customer CLEARLY NEEDING HELP, NOT TO BE LAUGHED OUT THE FRONT DOOR AFRER SPENDING MORE THAN $300 IN THIS STORE!!! CHILDISH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, I mean COME ON NOW, GROW UP!!!
