Very friendly people, had been going for a while. Unfriendly owner. Bathrooms always broken, prison soap dispenser has no soap.

Server went to the back to get a new batch of chicken salad and watched him pick up about a small handful of chicken salad that had dropped off the top onto a dirty table. The table had a cleaning rag on it and a bunch of other non-food items and he literally put it back into the bowl of chicken salad! I was so uncomfortable, I told him that I didn't want it. What bothered me the most was right after this, a cleaning guy came and put a big box on that area, so this was a totally unsterilized area that had dirt, box and other debris, possible poisonous cleansers, definitely have to report them to the health department.

The owner takes up customers parking spots and has a handicap placard on her car. Would she like to eat chicken salad that fell on a dirty table that had poisonous cleansers and other debris when she is already physically challenged? Healthy or not, no patron deserves to eat food that was dropped on a filthy table. Shame on you. I presume this is the owner's fault because she appears to be very cheap. They have probably been instructed that anything that falls on a table goes back into the food bowl.

Employees wear gloves and a mask; I appreciate not having to worry about Covid, what's the point if I'm going to worry about food poisoning or...

I've gone to this place since it opened. Their food is actually pretty good, if you can get someone with actual skill to make it. But they juggle through employees so much that its nearly impossible. The only reason I've gone to this place for so long because its one of the only deli's in the area. But there comes a point when you walk out of that place and do not return.

Prices- They are a little bit on the pricey side. What funny is you can order the same thing for a week straight and have the price be different every time. Think that is a result of the lack of employee training. Service- Although the majority of the employees really are good people, except for the one guy with glasses that works there. Rolls his eyes when you tell him what you want. Man needs to be fired, or maybe explained what he is suppose to do there. But anyway, there is almost always a line in that place. Not because of the amount of people ordering, just complete lack of management. Look on yelp for a more accurate review of this place other than google. Anyone that gives this place over a 3 star is out of their mind. It's a shame because the place...

I hate having to leave a bad review today i ordered by phone to make sure that my food is ready on time my wife went to pick up food 25 to 30 minutes later then after standing on line for another 30 minutes shes told they never made our order

Also the guy who answered phone seemed to be highly incompetent at best every thing i said he basically said the opposite thing im very particular with my order when i order food anywhere but when i order 2 everything bagels scooped tosted extremely well done one with 3 eggs over easy and ham and one with scallion cream cheese it shouldnt be that hard to make or take that order its a shame because there food is good but they are mismanaged and hire anyone that has heart beat instead of looking for kids that you can teach to be competent sorry to say this is my last time ordering ill drive to rvc oceanside lymbrook this has happend to many times and i would always like to support local home...
