Card and Gift Shoppe/ 50% off Card Store — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I was so turned off by my experience with this store. I arrived in parking lot at about 8:50 am and saw the store hours were 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. I figured I would wait. A car pulled up and a young lady got out of her car and went into store, it was about 9:05 am. Figuring she was going to open store . Much to my surprise, she hung a sign in the door saying opening at 9:30 am. How unprofessional! Hours should be kept. I'll not shop there ever again! Guess they don't need...

I live nearby this shop and even though it is a very nice looking store to shop at i wish they had more supplies. Every single time I go there to get balloons they never have the kinds I ask for. Like literally i have to make my choice for 3 rounds before they can tell me it is in stock! And since sometimes I am in a rush i have to get whatever they have, not whatever I like. Visited on June 9th bought the cards I needed headed to register to pay,the young lady who rang me up was pleasant but when I had to pay by cash I gave the lady my money and she rudely put the receipt and mychange on the counter for me to pick it up,I was apauled because that's terrible customer service . May needs more customer service skills.. Don't think I'll shop...
