When you order from the deli, check your sandwich before you leave the store. When the guy isn't there and the girl has to make the sandwiches she doesnt make them accurately. On my sandwich I asked for Swiss cheese with extra honey mustard and mayo with oil and vinegar only to get home to see yellow american cheese and barely any mayo or honey mustard and no oil or vinegar at all. Not sure if they ran out of Swiss but it would have been nice to be told that so I can choose an alternative. C-Town in Elmont has had a Makeover and all I can say is Wow! It has gone from an oversized Bodega to a top shelf Super Market. With the new flooring, cutting edge lighting reconfigured spacing, aisle assignment not to mention the all new refrigeration systems and the repositioning of the deli to the front from the back; I say BRAVO!!! The traffic flow is now an ease. Thank U C-Town for giving this diverse community what it deserves, a GR8 store with GR8 pricing. A store we can be proud of. THANK GOD FOR THE TRANSFORMATION AND THE POSSIBILITY THAT MANAGEMENTVHAS CHANGED!!!!Months ago, Management was not customer friendly!!....expired food products on shelf. Saw manager re-glue an opened pack of sugar brought to the register, after customer refused to purchase same.
