If I could give this place a 0 (zero) I would! This has to be the worst nail salon I've ever been to! The service was terrible..they didn't know that I spoke several languages so I knew for a fact they were talking about me..wherever I go everyone says I'm a sweet customer and great tipper! I didn't want to tip the lady at all but I still have a heart..every single person that worked there had the worst attitude EVER! I'm visiting from out of town so I just wanted my nails and toes done for the time that I'm in New York..what made it worse was they seem to have "regulars" in there that were just as rude as them..all the stares I got..and pointing of fingers really upset me..I didn't even stay for my nails to get done because one of the ladies (she seemed to be the boss) started yelling so at that point I knew I was over it and I needed to get out of there..it seemed like they were being racist which truly bothered me..it seemed like they were talking about ALL the customers..I hate the fact that OUR people keep these racists...

I started coming here instead of going to my regular place in Queens. I went today for a gel pedicure and SNS. The pedicure was ok, the lady kept cutting my toe nails so it’s super short. Idk if she forgot that she already cut it, so she kept going back and cutting more. On to my nails…horrible work. My nails are so lumpy and uneven…long and short. I feel like the nail tech was getting annoyed when I pointed things out. She kept pulling my hands and pressing her nails into my skin. Lastly, she threw the money on the table when I asked for change because she thought $5 was her tip. Overall, very poor work and customer service. I’m never going back there. I originally waited and then left because it was taking too long. One of the employees came rushing out and saying they could take me now. The pedicure was the worst. I barely had my feet in the water. He did not remove the dead skin from the bottom of my foot claiming that my skin was already soft. He used the electric file on my natural nails when he could have and should have just used a buffer. Then, the paint job was terrible. I came home and immediately took the paint off and did it over myself. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and I’ve never been satisfied with my nails when...
