Deal 99c — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I recently visited your store for the first time, hoping to shop and support your business. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

While browsing, I was followed around by a male employee who stared at me continuously, making me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling as though I was being unfairly targeted. When I brought the issue to the attention of the women at the front stand, no action was taken, which only added to my frustration.

As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of respect and courtesy. Instead, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return, and I would strongly caution others against shopping here.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff. Every customer deserves to feel safe and respected...

Very bad customer service. If you buy anything from this store, if it broke in couple of days these people are not getting any responsibility. Everyone is so rude there. I got something to soften the dirt and it broke in day or two and they refuse to give even store credit/exchanges. They told me you used it that’s why it broke and I told them I took it to use not to put in a showcase. They don’t care the customers. I never ever had this kind of experience in my life. So please think thrice before you buy anything...
