I recently visited your store for the first time, hoping to shop and support your business. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
While browsing, I was followed around by a male employee who stared at me continuously, making me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling as though I was being unfairly targeted. When I brought the issue to the attention of the women at the front stand, no action was taken, which only added to my frustration.
As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of respect and courtesy. Instead, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return, and I would strongly caution others against shopping here.

I got something to soften the dirt and it broke in day or two and they refuse to give even store credit/exchanges.
