They always lose ur stuff , if u ask them to put something on delicate they say yes but definitely don’t I saw it myself she said she didn’t understand ok sure . Last night was the last straw with that place my friend went to pick up laundry and two of my good shirts were missing and 2 Victoria secret undergarments , I have even gotten other people’s stuff that I returned one was a little girls dance costume why would anyone let those idiots do it, poor kid probably lost her spot in the show or whatever she was doing . I felt the need to let east rockaway know don’t trust anything u like with these ppl mayb work clothes which btw that’s what ur clothes are being washed with all the tradesman carpenters plumbers welders sanitation even all the fisherman , do u think they separate! Hell no they use very little soap my next step after this and every other social media is the BBB they will have a field day the owner is already paying off the books to employees who can’t b on the books , u would think he would at least stay on top of things but communication with them is non existent...

I love this place everyone is super friendly. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen is because people are irresponsible and expect people to drop what they are doing to do their clothes on the spot. All the years I have come here I see how hard these ladies and the owner work, and most of the time they barely have a chance to eat all day, not because of the owner but because they are rushing to get all the clothes done on time. Be a little considerate everything is not always about the customer. And if you go and do your laundry don’t leave your clothes drying without your supervision the ladies work all day standing in the hot and you still want them to wait around for you to decide to come in. And if you are so picky about your clothes go and do your own laundry. Please people stop being so selfish. Btw just because someone can’t speak the language with proficiency doesn’t mean they don’t have working papers. Be kind to one another and stop thinking about yourself. Thank you to all...

They don't care about your clothes at all I have taken my clothes to this place to wash and I thought that the people who work there were professional and careful with your clothes, but it is not like that, first I started losing pieces of my clothes, I talked to them to let them know more, however I kept going to that place. ok later Second I go to pick up my washed clothes one more time and all my uniforms and clothes were super wrinkled, literally like a ball of crumpled paper, I let them know about the situation amicably but still gave them another chance I kept taking my clothes to wash, but months later as a Third situation they stained and ruined one of my shirts with sentimental value, my mother made me with a dressmaker and sent to. make that shirt with my measurements. so for me it wasn't just one more ruined shirt.
