Stopped in for lunch today. First impression of the restaurant was that it smelled and looked incredibly clean. I was immediately welcomed in by the front of house guy Manny. I had some questions about some menu items and he happily explained each of them to me. I could tell that he was very proud of his restaurant's food and was excited to share it with the neighborhood. I ordered the Pabellón arepa to eat in. I only waited about 10 minutes before it was ready. In the meantime Manny brought out 4 squeeze bottles of their homemade sauces and explained each one to me.
