Hi. I am from Sydney in Australia and after searching for many days and nights to buy an engagement ring for my love I stumbled across since1910 who had a wide range and excellent value for money choices. Chose a simple Tacori ring and nice a diamond. Paid in full. I was a bit stressed and anxious buying a ring from another country and not seeing the ring in person. Customer service was great. Also responded in a timely manner. From the day I paid, it took just under 4 weeks for fedex to delivery the ring. I opened the package and to my surprise the ring and diamond is better than expected. I was blown away and over the moon with the ring and the diamond was even better. I was lost for words for a bit. I am one very happy customer. To all who are skeptical buying from another country, since 1910 is the real deal. I couldn’t have bought anything close to this for the same amount in my home land. Do not purchase from this company. They are crooks. Years ago i purchased a diamond from them, i then upgraded it to a bigger one within a week or so. I ordered a halo ring to fit my old diamond so i had to have the halo resized to fit the bigger one. They charged me $500 to resize. I remember talking to someone named justin. Instead of sending it to simon g to have it resized, they did it themselves. The halo was completely crooked. When I called them out, they said they would send it to simon g to get it done. I have used since1910.com (and their sister/parent company H.L. Gross & Bro) twice now, once for a 10th anniversary ring and again recently for our 20th, and both times their service, pricing and response times have been excellent! Krysi K. was my most recent salesperson and her guidance, knowledge, and even trying on different rings and sending photos to show how they looked 'in the real world' were super helpful. Plus, the purchases were both surprises, and she worked with me to keep it that way right up until I put the ring(s) on my wife's finger. Would definitely recommend, and will use them again...
