I had a lovely time grocery shopping at King’s Market. The magazine section was well constructed, since it encompassed meditation and yoga literature as a resource: “A Spiritual Life”/edition helped me reflect on the mindful strategies/practices I already implement into my daily routine…aligned to my wellness goal’s developed by sharing brief historical facts, including the photographs of architectural site’s, and the region many spiritual being’s from multi-cultural ethnicities facilitate their spiritual practice’s for centuries. This was also enhanced by photograph’s of what symbolic church’s, synagog’s, temples, and mosques stimulate/enhance spiritual evolution throughout this global world such as: St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Cathedral of La Segrada, and an honorary tribute to the Western Wall. If you read further you’ll notice “A How to Guide to Meditation” accompanied by the display’s of organic, healthy, exotic selections; as well as affordable fruits, vegetable’s, grain’s, jam, and more ingredient’s that made this experience for me a true melting-pot. You’ll be greeted with a smile, and cared for by the hardworking employee’s here, just like I was by Mohammed. May I remind you to get a circular and flyer, so that you can save your coin’s…whether you’re ordering meal’s, or delivering them. I was elated to chat with the fellow customer’s that were quite friendly. Kings Food Market is upscale offering tasty quality meats, fish and produce. If you don't see it, ask. On my last visit, the butcher was kind enough to check downstairs and moments later presented me with an excellent sized Leg of Lamb. He then trimmed it down a few pounds to my desired needs. My kids all time favorites are their in-house made chicken burgers seasoned with cheeses, onions, and vegetables. They have several varieties, and I enjoy their lamb burgers too! Their seafood is top quality and always fresh. The case is amply filled with ice and presents well. Their aisles may be narrow, but this is one time, size does not matter. Specialty items, as well as store, made foods abound, aisle after aisle. You can also partake in launching here as they have an excellent deli, pre-made sushi, pre-made hot soups and sandwiches along with both the Mediterranean and Salad Bars. Seasonal delights fine chocolates dot the aisles. They have a small bakery area jam-packed with delicious donuts, uber decadent chocolate covered pretzels, and decadent cakes. Not all the employees but the poor leadership and management here of this location who made everyone’s work impossible here, I was a employee here and I had time with the company 7 years and was NEVER offered full time position not to mention full time goes by “seniority” and it’s union too but instead of doing the right thing you hire someone new and younger at $20/hr with no experience and because of their “young beauty appearance” and conflict of interest as well how they were related to someone there and that didn’t last you long enough too after I left, your new hire left too ! I’m glad I left this toxic work environment and I’m doing ALOT more better now and glad that manager got transferred somewhere else and hope the next location is aware of his dirty work too !
