Last year I had a lot of series of unfortunate events happen where I felt stuck and was seeking guidance and help. I found Indigo dove and in doing so I found Regina who then became my therapist. Regina is such a compassionate, supportive and understanding person where she actually wants her clients to succeed and get well. Regina has helped me overcome the obstacles in my life but she also taught me coping skills and empowered me to be my best self. Fast forward here we are a little over a year of starting therapy and I’m ready to end therapy. Regina did her job she got me to overcome things at one point I didn’t think I would. However, Regina did not give up on me and she got me to the other side where I feel happy again with myself and can finally say I’m at peace with everything that happened in my life.
