Last month was the very first time I got eyelash extensions done, and as a newbie you can imagine how nervous I initially was.

I did extensive research to find a clean, professional, and friendly establishment and came across Luxurious Beauty Studio and instantly wanted to follow them on IG. May’s energy is very present online and her daily IG scriptures drew me in. The longer I stuck around as an Instagram follower, I was amazed by their work each time and was also impressed with all of the services they offered.

When I finally decided to my book my first appointment, May surprisingly gave me a call just to say hi and to say she’s excited for me to try lash extensions for the first time with LBS. She was so thoughtful and warming! The call helped decrease my nerves and eliminated “buyer’s remorse” from happening lol.

She also told me who my lash tech was going to be and what I can expect post-appointment. It was so appreciated because I walked in there with more knowledge and feeling confident about it all.

My last tech is Carmen, who is so kind and encouraging! She made me feel relaxed immediately as I walked in and talked me through different options I could do. I’m so comfortable there with Carmen that I easily fall asleep as the peaceful ambiance allows me to rest.

The studio is GORGEOUS! Very clean, very calming, and soon will be my great escape from the world every several weeks.

I usually work with Ayanna, who is always exceptional, but today I had the pleasure of receiving a lash touch-up with the owner. She was absolutely wonderful—gentle, attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making the experience both relaxing and informative.

Another highlight of my visits has been Alex, who has begun my microblading journey. Alex is incredibly skilled and meticulous, ensuring she consults with you thoroughly before starting any work. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she genuinely cares about achieving the perfect result. She also threaded my eyebrows for a wedding—a service I don’t usually opt for as I prefer plucking—but her gentle approach and efficiency made the experience far less painful than I expected.
