Bagels seem fresh and tasty. The baked goods LOOK super taste but beware.

I would steer clear of the pictured crumb cakes…I don’t know if it’s a one off error or what but it says sell by date of 6/24 (date of purchase is 6/16) but yet the cake is so so stale it’s barely edible. I stuck a fork in to taste a piece and literally couldn’t drive my stainless steel fork into the cake without significant effort and difficulty. I hate posting negative reviews but this is truly such a bad crumb cake…maybe they need a more airtight container? I’m honestly not sure but selling baked goods that are so hardened and solid is quite frankly just...

I started coming to Bagel Hero after my last bagel spot raised prices by 60%, and so far, I’ve been happy with this place. The prices here are still reasonable, which is a big plus. I usually get an everything bagel with plain cream cheese, and it tastes great. The bagels are a bit smaller than what I was used to, but they might just be an average size—I don’t have many other comparisons.

Overall, a solid spot for bagels at a fair price. As long as they keep their prices reasonable, I’ll keep coming back. But if they drastically raise them like my last place, I won’t hesitate to...
