if i could rate it a zero star i would. the food i ordered was very good but the wings are very small & not worth it. the lady who answered the phone & took my order was very responsive patient & respectful. i asked her how much my order was & she disclosed it before i disconnected the call. on the other hand… the delivery driver was very hasty. in a rush to deliver my food with poor mannerisms & had a disgusting attitude on the pull up. (he looks like he was burned on his necc, face & hand. is very small so maybe thats why he was upset ) i then asked him how much my order was & he told me a different price than what the lady didn’t tell me. he then proceeded to rip & hide the receipt off the bag my food was in so i wouldn’t be able to see the actual price attached to the bag. i then asked to see the receipt & he started to yell saying the price he wanted me to pay. I have been a customer here since 2016 and have been relatively satisfied. Today the owner hung up the phone on me after I told her I was dissatisfied with my food. My sesame chicken was discolored and tasted and looked horrible. I also ordered shrimp with broccoli for my kids which was fine. After she hung up the phone, I brought the food back to the store where for several minutes she argued that there’s nothing she can do. I had to ask her to calm down because she had an attitude and was yelling. The gentleman in the store eventually asked me what else I would accept in its place. Not only was the food absolutely inedible, her tone and customer service were terrible! I will not be returning. I have NEVER returned food before so to be met with such attitude and resistance to resolve the matter was unacceptable. I wouldn’t feed that sesame...

We wanted to grab lunch fast and found this place based upon the reviews. You are not allowed to eat here. They have a big sign, and the lady behind the counter makes that clear. The food was prepared quickly. The egg rolls were delicious. The chicken and broccoli was very well made. The General Tso's chicken had no broccoli even though it's in the picture. The boneless spareribs were all fat and very dry even though they were doused with sauce. For this reason, they get only 3 stars. We also only got one packet of duck sauce and soy sauce. No fortune cookie, even though we spent over $30 for lunch. Mind you, there is a $15 credit card minimum. Sign of the times thanks to 46's tremendous inflation and businesses taking huge hits.
