If you own a business like this, have prices on your items. And if you don't know, don't stand there on your phone and look at ebay on how much an item is and spit out an absurd price. The price they came up with doesn't even go for that and I could easily find it cheaper. It was more of a convenience being there. This is why they have so much inventory sitting on their shelves not moving. Their prices are way over priced for the conditions they are selling them for. And the ones with no prices they look on ebay and spit out and outrageous number. Almost everytime i go there an item won't have a price which is OUT ON DISPLAY FOR SALE, NOT STORED IN THE BACK and one of the kids have no idea how much it is, then they have to find the mother who has no idea how much the item is and will just go on ebay and give a quick price, this chain causes a reaction with other customers WHO ARE WAITING FOR A PRICE . The owner is barely there and when he is, he's always rude to the customers and to his family. You didn't find a pot of gold, I can get it for cheap and better quality elsewhere. I will never support a business that has a customer stand there and look on ebay and give me an outrageous price of an item. Bad business on their part. This is by far the worst game store I ever been to on long island Everything overpriced here. There was a psp umd (tv show) I wanted and owner was selling it for $20 (more then what its going for on eBay) so I asked him if he would come down on the price a little bit. The owner thought it was a game which tells me he is not very knowledgeable on what he is selling and he yelled at me telling me that he needs to put food on his family's plate and told me to get out of his store very unprofessional. The owner could of just told me he didn't want to come down on the price. If I can put no stars on this review I would. Never coming back here again.

Update/ You should be aware with how bad you are treating your customers Its not about getting the item at the price I wanted the problem was if I can get the same item cheaper somewhere else why would I buy it at your overpriced game store? This situation did occur at your store also you are not trying to be competitive at all I did get it cheaper elsewhere. Bogus Response...

THS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS! Bought a game here as a Christmas gift and on christmas morning we found out that the game does not match the disk inside. The difference in title is so minor that many would have overlooked but my gamer brother saw it right away when it was gifted to him. Actually the game inside is of much less value than the game cover which we thought we were buying. The store was closed for the next few days and when we finally got into contact with owner he stated we had until 12/28 (which passed) for an exchange and we could not get a refund. There is no accommodation to the fact you sold the wrong game. I do not know if this was intentional or not but not even trying to fix your stores error is unreasonable and insane. A reputable business would have found a way to make this right; a credit or an exchange would have sufficed but no the owner won't budge. No one...
