Rosa's Roses Landscape Design & Construction — Local services in Town of Hempstead

So the first red flag should have been when I could not get them to schedule a consult. My yard is huge and it's a lot of work so I wanted to be sure of the price and speak about regular service, but the person I spoke with Leo just couldn't seem to fit me into his schedule. I sent him photos of my yard and some of what needed to be done and I think he even drove past my home and saw how over grown the front yard was, but my home and yard is completely fenced in so you definitely can't see all the yard or side of the house. Either way he gave me a price based on the pictures and set an appointment up for the next week. The day of my appointment came and I get GHOSTED, then I get a text claiming a family emergency? Then when I decline the service Leo says he can show up tomorrow. No Thank you sir, I tell him as such and then he tells me he can show up today( the same day as my missed appointment) at 1...so what now I have to wait some more? Look if you don't want to cut my grass and take my money just say that don't waste my time. If your not going to provide good customer service your definitely not going to get any new customers. I would have paid GOOD money to get this job done on a regular basis but I guess this person assumed that due to my address my job wasn't worth the time or effort. So disgusted with the lack of customer service.

Update: after leaving this review I got a text from Leo scolding me for leaving the review!!! The unprofessionalism is staggering I'm shocked. This whole excuse of a death in the family and having to leave the country he's used it before with another customer who was unhappy with the...

Rosa did an amazing job transforming my back yard and my garden . I will definitely recommend using Rosa roses landscaping . Rosa responds to messages very quickly and is always ready to help with ideas and recommendations. I've tried using two other landscaping companies before I found Rosa . The other companies had such bad customer services one responded to my messages a month later after I've been desperately trying to get them to install sod before an event -and the other came and took measurements and never came back . Rosa responds almost immediately . She came and took measurements and the next week my sod and trees were installed. I'm very satisfied with the quality of customer service received. Rosa was able to work with my budget and was able to recommend items that fits my budget. In short , I now have a beautiful space to make memories with my family that will last a lifetime thanks to Rosa Roses...

We are so incredibly pleased with the service from Rosa’s Roses. From the first phone call to schedule our estimate, they were friendly and prompt in their responses. They came out 2 days later and we received the quote a few hours after their visit. We were impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm and knew they would do a great job. The installation took just one day and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work.
