The Rustic Loft — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Decided to quickly run in to Rustic Loft about 10 minutes before they were to close, just wanted to get some information on a kitchen table. Not only was the staff warm and welcoming, but spent time showing me various options on a table I had seen there awhile ago. I never felt rushed and they really took their time in listening and answering all my questions even though it was past closing time. Needless to say, the staff is outstanding and very helpful. Ended up purchasing a dining set (table and 6 chairs) and was told it would take about 16 - 18 weeks. Of course, not what I expected but the furniture is one of a kind and absolutely stunning and felt it was certainly worth the wait! To my surprise, it was completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! The workmanship, design, color, everything was beyond expectations!! Super nice people. Family owned. I came with a request for a new set of legs for my dining table and a picture of a designer table I liked. Leo made a sketch and discussed the details with me. I was told that I might have to wait a couple of months for the work to complete and was offered a temporary set of legs, which I gladly accepted. We had an amazing experience purchasing our custom dining room set from The Rustic Loft. Leo was wonderful. Their expertise, understanding and patience was unbelievable.
