I’m gonna start by saying I am completely new to working out or doing any kind of sport. I’m 37, always struggled with weight and wasted money in prepaid gym memberships to go for only a week and never come back.

So I wanted to post this review to encourage others that may be in my situation and are afraid to join thinking CrossFit is only for bodybuilders. This is NOT the case. At least not at this gym.

I started 3 months ago and SkyPoint and Coach Junaid have already changed my life. I had to even learn how to jump rope (yes that’s how bad I was lol-still learning). He had the patience to teach me every move over an over again, modify workouts (I have knee issues) and motivate me every day. Still does even after 3 months of me asking many times the same questions. This is not even a personal trying session but it’s feels like it. Very knowledgeable and encouraging.

The membership is very affordable for what you get and you can even do month-by-month. They have a good schedule and the facility is very clean.

Also all the members are so welcoming and try to motivate each other during the work out. It makes you want to push more. I feel so much healthier and stronger already.

I have a long way to go to reach my goals but being a part of this community I’m sure I will get there and have fun in...

I wanted to join this location since it's the closest to where I live. I had some positives but ultimately chose to not continue through the process because basically it became a challenge to get people to honor their business commitments. The classes themselves appeared to be well taught but the Elements course, which is the course you have to complete before you begin needs better management. It shouldn't be so hard for someone who wants to get onboard to actually get onboard.

Positives: Elements class trainer knew their stuff and was good Parking in area decent

Not-so positives: Took two weeks to finally lock down start date for Elements class (a lot of back and forth e-mails, phone tag, text tag just to lock down first date) Elements Trainer arrived a little under 30 minutes late Subsequent sessions kept getting cancelled by Elements Trainer Customer support aspect to business seems to be missing.

Opportunities: If they could streamline this Elements sign up process this would probably be a good...

I was nervous to join due to my inexperience with weightlifting, not only were the coaches patient but they emphasize technique to help prevent injury which is what drew me in. Coming up on my year anniversary and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I highly recommend Skypoint cross fit if you are looking for an encouraging environment along with a coaching staff that is second to none!
