In which I booked the Brazilian wax with numbing cream. The only reason I went through with it is because I had a flight to catch that night. Very disappointed also my wax was not straight at the top luckily my bikini covered. There’s massive dust on the table legs like wipe down the place at least. Dust travels in the air. Wipe down your garbage and cover it to say the least. Mop the floors. Invest in disposable table covers like the nail salon and doctor office. I’ve been rocking with Arie, since the old location. She is the best at waxing! Firstly she is young, yet professional, she is also knowledgeable in her craft and she’s very accommodating! She’s not the first waxer I’ve been to but she’s the best one I’ve been to. You are welcomed into an experience when you walk into the Lounge, it is clean, it is well decorated and has a real nice vibe going on. What’s my favorite part? I’ve been booking with this company for over a year now I believe and I would normally go to Cheri. However, when I booked I wasn’t notified that she wasn’t there anymore and I was given someone else to wax me . It’s common courtesy to have your customers even decide who they want to wax them before their appointment and not at the time we get to the store. We should notified if a change/a diff waxer will be conducting the service. I’m disappointed in this place and I however saw there’s new people and these reviews have changed to their name instead of having the correct waxer name for the review.
