India Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I used to order my food here and on Lefferts blvd Queens get great service . Though I don't speak Punjabi as much and the Punjabi guy didn't speak much English , we were able to communicate fine . Now it's like a clown show the calls are outsource to Pakistan ( what kind of rodeo is this) the person over the phone promise my food to be 20 minutes I came a half an hour and it's still not ready . Not to mention the person on the phone that took my order where ever he's located china , India , Pakistan I don't know what lie they 're telling) was rude and can barely speak English. Listen I get it timing can be off but my order went from 20 minutes to now 1 hour . bad business I will miss ordering from here as I've been a loyal customer for 10 years between the two businesses. The staff is so rude with the customers they do the argument . Food was pathetic ., very bad experience i ever had . And online timing says that the restaurant will close at 11 oclock than they should not say at 10:25 we cant take your order because the kitchen is closed thats very bad . Yesterday I went to India Cafe. The staff was professional and courteous. The waitress was a beautiful young lady. Who went above and beyond to help me and my husband. I found the restaurant in Google maps. I ask the young lady what is a good Vegan dish.She Recommend the Vegan chicken chili. I ask what should I get for an appetizer. She said try the Vegetable Samosa. Guys when I tell you the food smell and taste good. It’s flavorful and delicious. I will definitely go back to try something else.
