The Halal Bros Of NY — Restaurant in New York

This is officially THE BEST halal food ever I have eaten !!! I use to eat halal guys but once they had became cooperate they changed their food and now use processed meats and only beef no more lamb with processed yellow rice ... and always has a weird after taste it’s really nasty

But HERE !!! This Amazing Place !! uses real basmati !!! Fresh lamb and chicken They are clean !!! Great taste and my tummy is happy since i’am sensitive to foods

they are so humble they will succeed and I pray and hope they stay consistent and expand because what has happened to halal guys is a shame the way this place is they gave me hope to be able to eat halal Again because before halal guys went bad i use to love eating halal but once their meat and rice changed and had that weird after taste I never found a spot that I was truly happy with

I have been visiting this location for the past few months and this is the first dissatisfying experience I've had with this location. I came into the location asking for a chicken and lamb combo platter which is what I order every other week that I come to this newly renovated location. Nadir the greeting cashier took my order and shared out a very unreasonable portion of chicken for my normal intake, I simply asked if he could add more chicken to the plate.. nadir responded back with attitude telling me that extra chicken, which I ask for every time they try to short me on food, is a magical $2.18 extra.. I asked him where does it show an increase in a price on the menu for additional meat, and he failed to provide this information. There is nothing on the menu that shows I should've paid additional for my tin container to be more than half filled.. this is the worst experience I've had with this location. This location opened a few months ago in my area and as the months go along the customer service has been going through the window. This location has lost...

They used to be really fast and good but now they have a Grade Pending Inspection. Also, they don’t pick up the phones to take orders. I called 10 times before arriving there with no one picking up the phone. When I got there I saw the guy taking orders online from delivery apps and rejecting all the calls that came in directly to the place (maybe since they had music blasting). When I placed my order he did not write it down as I have seen them previously do so when he originally said everything would take 5 minutes ended up taking 30 minutes because he forgot that I ordered hot wings and started cooking them when he was “done” and ringing me up. So many people still was coming to this place despite the inspection and the long wait. I hope they hire better workers and a manager so that they can get back to how they were. Also, their soda/juice refrigerator is broke so I don’t know where their beverages were and they didn’t mention...
