Honestly I do alot of shopping and have never felt unwelcome until I went here the workers were staring at me crazy and following me around as if I was some type of theif and did not belong there also I went there with a friend too do a simple exchange with her receipt on hand the lady refused to exchange the items for something else unless she provided ny state id which she did not have on her , so I offered to use my passport with photo and even showed the lady all my bank cards with my matching name and she refused to do the exchange which came up to the same price as the outfit she couldn't fit she was very nasty and rude and told us to leave to the point other customers thankfully stepped in and offered to do the exchange for us mind you we had the receipt and everything The cashier refused too let the other customer exchange the items for us and made a comment about if you do it you will be held responsible as well ?? Like as if the items were stolen or we didn't have proof of cash purchase with receipt thankfully the customer who stood up for us was Caucasian and made a big deal and asked for the supervisor and threatened to call corporate after over an hour of going back and fourth with them because they clearly had no valid reason to not do the exchange we told the customer she could have the outfit and receipt as a gift too her for her help because at the point I was over it and put all the other stuff I was going to buy down and proceeded to leave utterly disgusted and disrespected to my core the customer then exchanged the items for the exact same thing we originally tried to exchange and ran up to our car and told us she was sorry for what they did and gave us the items we came there for by the time I got to the car I was in tears and she walked up to us and gave us a hug as well as the items ... This place deserves 0 stars they are horrible, racist , disrespectful, and stereotype customers because of the color of our skin they did not treat any of the other customers This way they were greeted pleasantly with a smile when we first walked in they didn't even greet us they rolled their eyes and followed us everywhere we went 😩😩😩 I refuse to spend my hard earned money where i do not feel welcomed... So please do not shop there you have...

If I could give no stars I would. This store is so poorly run and it stems from the manager who's rude. Went in to exchange something and the line was excessive with one register open while she walked around on her phone yelling who needed me. Finally she hops on a register while still on the phone. There was a problem with the online item that I ordered as they sent me the wrong color not what I ordered after spending 45 mins on the phone with an online representative. Then they tell me I owe money, how do I owe money when yall put in for wrong item. She was so nasty and was like we aren't you guys. Actually you are, you work for the company and you're management even if you're a disgusting representation of it.

I’m giving 1 star for the only associate in there who helped me. The manager is beyond rude, did not even acknowledge my existence when I politely let her know there was a few of us waiting in line for a while and no one was at the register. She then proceeded to ring me up with zero human interaction. Didn’t speak once, I was very kind, said thank you and she ignored me. I then asked if they would like to keep my bag since it was un-used and I figured I’d ask if they want to save it. She finally responded to me and said “ we don’t need that” in a rude condescending voice. I’ve never been treated so unkind and not even like a human being in my life.
