Didn’t know this place existed until we went to BJ’s one day and decided to give it a try. When coming over from city mattress, I can tell you that the prices and the quality are better at Old Brick. From buying to the delivery, pleased with how smooth the process was. Our sales guy, Mo, top-notch guy and not pressuring at all. He helped my wife and I try out this bed conforming machine and from there, it picked out about 7 different mattresses that would be the best for us. Mo showed us all the mattresses, had us try every one. He helped us narrow down our selection and reminded us what we liked about each mattress. He didn't try to upsell us on an expensive bed. He cared about what we picked overall, even if it was cheaper. When it came to delivery, easy. I gave them the address. They gave me the days they could come out, I pick the day a day before delivery I get a text of the window they deliver. Before the guys arrived, Jesse called To let me know, he was on the way in X minutes. When He and Ed arrived they were professional, courteous and laid out a plan of how to bring it in, and how to get my old mattress out before bringing in the new mattress. Old Brick is new yo our area and I checked them out as well as 5 other stores that have been around for many years. I was looking for a new recliner and they had a large stock and variety to try out. I found one that was perfect - met all of my “wants and needs” , was great quality and the price was lower than the local competitors.. I ordered the new recliner Saturday afternoon and it was delivered yesterday. The whole process was easy and everyone I dealt with at Old Brick was so helpful and friendly. Jesse and Chris did the delivery were so personable and spoke highly of their employer. Most importantly, my hubby who is disabled and spends so much time in a recliner is so happy. Jesse and Chris were the best delivery and installation men ever. They were friendly, professional and provided me with information about the installation process from the moment my door bell rang to showing me how to work the remote for my adjustable bed. They were very efficient. I was glad to happen to walk into Old Brick Furniture in Henrietta, NY as Donnell created a wonderful environment for browsing.
