Great store in the TJ Maxx family of brands. This one skews towards athletic/outdoors clothing (hence the name 😊) and had a great selection of discount clothes-leggings to sports bras to shorts and casual wear items. They have a large shoe section as well, and can have incredible deals - last time I went there were a pair of Irish Setter hiking/hunting boots for $50. I was about to purchase a $420 item as a gift for my brother when the cashier decided to use scissors to aggressively scratch off the sticker tag directly on the product—despite my polite request to be careful. She responded with clear attitude and unprofessionalism. While the scratches ended up being minimal, the lack of care and basic customer service was frustrating.
Buyer Beware: Some staff clearly lack the training or judgment to handle high-value items properly. If you’re buying something expensive, consider grabbing the tag yourself and avoid relying on...
