Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Herkimer

Look, this is the best tasting Burger King I've ever had. Consistently, every time I go, whatever time if day. But I have one gripe, and that's why the 4 stars not 5: going there takes 2-3 times as long as any other BK,let alone other fast food places. Because they never, ever, ever get it right the first time. I have tried every way possible of ordering the same sandwich every time. But there is no code. It doesn't matter if I make sure the screen is perfect or not. I always wind up bringing a perfectly good, delicious looking sandwich back to be tossed away because I cannot eat raw tomatoes or mayonnaise, and it doesn't have cheese on it, or it's a single not a double, or some combination of the above. And my companion is allergic to raw onions, so no tradesies. I mean, they are always super nice about it and all, but even when I walk in and watch the cashier enter everything again and go back to the grill and tell whoever is back there to remake the sandwich.... I mean I get my cheese but I'm still throwing a bun away because it's covered in mayo or it's still a single not a double, etc. And I am just not that type of person to walk back in and demand it done over a second time. So definitely eat here, it's awesome. Just be aware it's not going be...

I usually go through the drive through. They’re quick and the ladies are almost always in a great mood! Today I went inside. Almost all the tables were dirty. And Tom (some sort of manager) was very irritated. He was stressed because there were three people in line (I’d hate to see him during lunch time...) Tom accidentally charged the gentleman before me with an extra drink. The gentleman pointed it out and asked for a refund. Tom helped the next guy in line then gave him the refund... with some serious attitude! He slammed the money on the counter and said “there”. No apology for HIS OWN mistake. Then he said to myself and the guy behind me something about him needing to have patience and laughed at the gentleman. If Tom does this to that customer then he probably makes fun of and jokes about other customers.... maybe even me! There are plenty of other fast food restaurants around. I think I’ll pick one of them...

Food was a mess! Comparable to a toddler putting your sandwich together. Any drink is served any where from 1 1/2 - 2in from the the brim. Staff is rude!!! I presented my complaints about our sandwiches and drinks to what I was told is the daytime manager to be told, "That's how the food and drinks come!!!" Then she whipped around and walked away before I could say anything more. Do yourself a favor and spend your money else where because this Herkimer Burger King has shot down the toilet. I'd compare this to the Utica McDonald's by the Bowling Alley due to their comparable service and attitude's!!! My...
