I went for an eye exam 31 days ago. I had been having trouble with my prescription ever since I got my new glasses. I had been having very bad headaches whenever I would wear them. I called today to see what they could do to resolve the issue and the very nice girl I talked to (Becky) told me to come in and they would help me. I saw the Dr and he said my prescription had changed and they needed to remake my lenses. When I was done he charged me $30.00 on top of the $80.00 he had already charged me he said it was because I was one day over the 30 day guarantee. I will not be going back to him in the future.
