I wish I could give more then 5 stars to you all, Best coffee place ever and definitely my favorite place

Stopped in to try the dalgona coffee well I ordered two and the employees and the coffee exceeds expectations prices were way better than Starbucks or anywhere else

Here's the breakdown

The employees always are friendly kind and fast they have great humor great customer skills and all around its my favorite place to go for coffee also when im down.z or just not feeling mentally well I walk in and when I'm heading back through the doors to leave with my purchases im leaving a happy customer, the place is clean the environment is welcoming Ok here we go the review of the unbelievably amazing dalgona The dalgona or I should say dalgonas because i ordered two was so good so creamy frothy cool and refreshing I went with white chocolate raspberry and sweet cream The white chocolate raspberry was so good the perfect amount of bitter coffee but that white chocolate chocolate raspberry was just so well matched with it, with that put a smile on your face sweetness from the raspberry and great white chocolate taste so goood The sweet scream was very smooth and tasty think a yummy vanilla ice cream soft served i couldn't pick a favorite I loved th both and they have a great creamer selection as well as almond around coconut creamers and milk for vegans or people who can't have or don't do dairy

The customer service is always excellent Whoever was working that day please give them my thanks I will be back again for some more coffee wether it be hot iced or dalgona im actually goimg to try the hot chocolate soon! So java shop I will leave you with this you are my favorite place for coffee and conversation the employees really do have a warm heart and the prices for me are excellent

When I first found the Java Shop at their old location I found a great spot for service, food, community. Food was always good, hot and fresh.

Now in their new location I have extended wait times of 25+ minutes, even though ordering online gives you a time, its never done by then. Sometimes my food isn't even hot anymore. The flavor is always good and consistent and I like the people, they always serve with smiles and greet you by name. The service has declined a bit just due to wait times. I work, and I am a college student. Not just that, knowing I'm not the only one who does, I feel I spend a decent amount of money weekly at this establishment for my wait times to be as long as they are. If your online ordering service says food will be done in 30 minutes. It should be done.

Things that can be better: wait times. I don't know if prep time will help with this, or having more people cooking, seeing as that takes the most time. It's not my business I just want to have a pick up order ready when the time says, and ready when someone over the phone says it will be ready by a...

You should remove your shop From being Reviewed if you’re not going to be able to Stomach negative reviewsApparently you continue to miss the point of my reviews I speak to many delivery drivers and the majority do not look forward to going to the Java shop because deliveries are delayed by what factors I’m not sure but you’d rather think that I don’t have peace in my life.
