Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Town of Herkimer

ATTN:DELIVERY DRIVERS AND ANYONE WHO WANTS FOOD IN A REASONABLE TIME. I was at this location on 1/26/2023 picking up a DoorDash order for 1 LG Baja Blast, 2 Crunch wrap supremes and 1 soft taco THATS IT. I checked into the restaurant at around 5:33 for pickup. The large baja blast was waiting to be picked up, with no food with it, the nice girl at the front of the restaurant said they were starting it soon, I checked at 5:47 nearly 15 minutes later, at this point I was committed to picking up the customers order, I asked again if the order was even started, they said it would be up soon. At 5:58 I was told if I wanted to unassign the delivery that would be the way to go, because they were training. While I understand everybody has to learn, I can not for the life of me understand why kfcs pickup was ready but my order was totally ignored by the staff. I don't work in fastfood and I understand it was peak time for dinner rush, but asking anyone customer or delivery driver to wait almost 30 minutes for food is CRAZY. I don't get paid for my lost time, customer doesn't get the food, and some other driver is going to pick it up not knowing the back story and get a bad review for being late for the staffs inability to tentative to the front of the store. If you want your food in a reasonable time avoid this restaurant or at least going inside anyway. I am a very loyal customer to taco bell and kfc but i honestly wouldn’t really want to go to this location again. Last night they told me to pull around for my one item and I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, I pulled around the drive thru and sat there while people looked at me, someone finally came up and I politely said I was waiting on a burrito I paid for, and she grabbed it for me, the burrito was alright but then I told her I got a large baja blast with no ice that was completely flat, and asked if she could get me a new one. she proceeded to tell me that all the soda are flat right now and now i’m thinking in my head why would they serve me something that is flat knowingly? She told me she could get me a lemonade or fruit punch and I ended up getting a small...

Food is average here. Service is far below that ! Repeatedly they mess up orders... exspecialy if it's a larger order. I years past as ou r children were growing up we were good for $30-$50 per week at this location. Now as they are older we should be spending more, but frustration has dwindled us down to less than $50 or month thru out the whole family of 5 adults. Even as I write this post food was missing from order. Tried to call to complain and phone busy over 3 hours till closing then no answer. Posted complaint on web page and they wanna give me a discount on more food... all I want is what I ordered and paid for without having to drive back to KFC/taco bell to get what they forget or...
