Praise Antonio! This past weekend, after a long day of snowboarding, my foot got stuck in my boot. That’s right - the BOA cable system locked up and wouldn’t release, thereby trapping my foot. After a mighty struggle to escape the boot, I feared that the only way out was to amputate my foot. But before I could commit that evil deed, my fiancé wisely suggested that I go to the Board Room and seek help.

So I hobbled into the Board Room, resigned to my doom. But alas - Antonio saved me. He listened calmly to my predicament, and acted swiftly to preserve my limbs. With great haste, Antonio wrenched open the cable device and diagnosed the issue: ice had jammed the knob, and the cable was wound with too much wire, causing it to become tangled. Antonio explained to me how to remove the excess wires and how to order extra parts. Then he reassembled my boot, and sent me on my way - walking proudly on both feet!

I am forever in Antonio’s debt. But for his steady hand and vast knowledge, I might now be hopping around on one leg. Indeed, Antonio is a man of noble stock and high destiny. May he grace the Board Room...

I needed the works: board, bindings, boots, helmet, gloves, and goggles. Zack was the most knowledgeable and friendly guy and hooked me up with everything I needed. Was able to go right out onto the mountain and have been loving everything I got.

While I was there, one of the ski patrol came in and thanked Zack for helping him out with an equipment issue earlier. Obviously, the staff here is great and really on top of it.

We are stuck in the middle of the zip line in chilly breezy mountain weather for last 30min. We have kids with us and they are freezing. Completely unacceptable. We are thinking to call 911....
