The food is over all good but the service is absolutely ridiculous. My friends and I go inside and try to order fresh lox with cream cheese. The "nice" worker in the front answered they cant mix it. We were a bit confused but then went to look up at the menu and saw "bagel with lox:cream cheese", and we go to say that its on the menu why cant you mix it then. She goes are you ready to pay that price? This is mine and my boyfriend’s (Jared) favorite spot for bagels. We are daily customers for their freshly baked Cinnamon Raisin and Asiago Everything Bagels. We just recently moved 45 minutes away and after trying and being disappointed by a different bagel shop, we promptly called here and ordered a dozen and made the drive for them so we could still enjoy our favorite bagels for the week! Long wait, rude customer service. No simple list of what bagels are in stock, instead get attitude from high pitched employee working the register. With the amount of people you had working, it shouldn't take 30 mins to make 2 bagels with cream cheese. When we asked for an order update we were ignored and told it's a number system.
