It was our child's first piercing. Before selecting the first studs she checked the size of the earlobe to recommend which earings would work for our child. Before they were going to pierce her ears, they did ask us to check if we agreed with the position of the markings. We noticed it was slightly off on one side, so they redid it and it was perfect. They are very patient and understand. They decided to do both ears at the same time. It worked well. They gave us a spraying solution for morning and night and directed us to rotate the stud earings. After one week of healing, we did have to use soapy water to clean the back area of the ears. They were swollen and red. The stud was not rotating as well. But after those few days we had no more issues and the solution was sufficient. We just went to our 1st end of the month appointment and everything looks good. I brought my daughter today to get her ears pierced for the first time and we were greeted by Keiyana Clarke, the manager. She was so nice and friendly and once she found out it was her first time she made sure to talk my daughter through every step of what she was doing and made her feel so comfortable. It was such a great experience for a first timer and it was done and over in no time! I highly recommend Banter and if you can get Keiyana even better!! Yes I agree with the negative reviews. Not once went twice their to get ear pierced for both my daughters. Spend $90 each time with insurance thinking that they would have nice customer service. But I am surprised how rude the ladies over there are. If I call even for a simple question they are just so rude and just don’t appreciate the customers.
